Helicopter collective way too ineffective

Hi;

Just wondering about helicopter flight models, they are overall greatly improved, yaw control is much better per example, but I still find the collective really ineffective; when it goes down the chopper hardly reaches -2 m/s, while in real life it would fall almost like a rock..

Or maybe the Take On FMs aren't implemented yet ?
