Using missionfiles and mods from arma 2 to arma 3?

Hello! do anyone know is it posible to run arma 2 mods and missionfiles to arma 3?

Well, for starters I would think the A3 addons/assets are named differently which would require some extensive editing all over the mission.sqm file.
