Where to report bugs officially?

Hi guys,

I am not sure if I missed something but I cannot really find out what I am looking for:

Where are we reporting bugs officially? I am a software engineer and can give really detailed bug reports with repro steps. I have the intention of doing some kind of QA jobs on Arma 3 and will report a lot of those. I know to differentiate bugs from "nice to have" and I don’t feel that posting bugs here in the forum is very efficient to follow up on those.

Someone could point me the direction?
