After destroying the 4 vulcans in red hammer

Hi all.

I have been playing the Red Hammer campaign which I haven't completed. My version of the game is 1.75 (after installing Resistance).

The problem is that after completing the "Under Fire" mission successfully and seeing the cut-scenes (both the Su-25 bombardment of the American ships and the tank ambush of Lukin's Ural) the next mission isn't loading...

It stucks to the black page before the mission briefing. I can't do anything than reset the PC. This sucks... is it a known bug?

Is there a work-around?

PS. While seeing the videos I get on the upper left side of the screen a message about an Object not found, but the cut-scenes are loaded OK. The problem is when the next mission starts...

Is that mission 7? If so it's been reported a fair few times, only option is to download the SQC, completed save game file from Avon's and revert from mission 8, or possibly use the endmission cheat on mission 7 but you're prolly best using Avon's SQC

If it's not mission 7 then same workaround should apply

placebo, it's the 7th Mission! (if you not count the "Start" entry of course...)

I'll do as you said... anyway, DON'T lock the thread and let's see if someone else found another (technical) workaround.

placebo, I was trying to use the search feature to find one of the threads you said they were talking about the issue. Couldn't find any.

I just did a search in troubleshooting for posts containing "hammer" in the last month

There's a couple more but they were prolly vague comments in threads rather than specific threads.
