Need help finding multiplayer hosts

I'm new to all this and I am trying to play Operation Arrowhead multiplayer games but when I search for games to join, I get 95% DayZ games and about 10 OA hosts to join. I filter out the DayZ games but I'm obviously missing something.

Of the 10 hosts I do see, on most I get a "You cannot play this mission, it is dependent on downloadable content that has been deleted..." message.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Most missions require the use of third party addons. When you press the server it should show a list on the bottom of the screen of the mods required. I reccomend getting into a clan or googling public servers to see what mods are required to play them. Here are a couple good links to get you started in the world of multiplayer arma:

Do you only have Operation Arrowhead, or do you have Combined Operations (vanilla Arma 2 and Arma 2: OA combined)?
