Skye 1 Posted December 25, 2012 Just recently, while playing ArmA 2 OA, my character starts to spin for no apparent reason. It's as if I were constantly moving my mouse to the right, and it doesn't stop unless I enter the gear menu and click on the list of items. After doing this, however, I'm unable to use the gear menu, because the game automatically jumps down to the bottom of the gear list to the Watch in my inventory. This makes it impossible to change my gear unless I pick up an item using the scroll menu, and makes the game nearly unplayable. Even worse, after this has occurred, any other menus (Server List etc.) do the same thing, and automatically jump to the bottom of the list and get stuck there. Is there any solution to this? I'm devastated that I can't play ArmA 2 properly, and it's very frustrating. If somebody finds a solution to this, it would be much appreciated! [frl]myke 15 Posted December 25, 2012 Sounds like some sort of input device permanently sends input signals. What do you have attached or is connected via bluetooth?
Skye 1 Posted December 25, 2012 Is what connected via Bluetooth? If you mean USB ports and things like that, I have a Turtle Beach X12 headset, Logitech K350 keyboard and M310 mouse hooked in via wireless USB, and a NETGEAR A6200 Wireless Dual Band USB Adapter. I haven't swapped out any of these since before this was happening. This only just happened recently, and no modifications or changes to my PC have been made that I'm aware of. [frl]myke 15 Posted December 26, 2012 Any chance to test with wired keyboard and mouse and disable wireless inputs completely? Already had funniest stories about interfering stuff through wireless.
Skye 1 Posted December 26, 2012 I'll give that a try, thanks for the suggestion! I'll need to dig through my old tech stuff and find a wired mouse and keyboard though. After that I'll get back to you.
