allthumbs 0 Posted December 18, 2012 I have been messing around in the Armory and getting my pc set up to run the game at its best. I have been in the Utes area and it runs well. When I try the Chernarus area with the same settings, I get a fair bit less FPS. I assume this is normal due to all the trees? Thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
chrisb 196 Posted December 18, 2012 (edited) Yes, normal, Chernarus is heavy going for many, Utes on the other hand is a breeze. If you want other larger islands to play on that will give you good fps, there are many around, try searching on ‘Armaholic’ here, some really nice large islands with excellent performance.:). -=seany=- 5 Posted December 18, 2012 The big Operation Arrowhead map runs better than Chernarus also, Takistan. I find the biggest performance killer on Chernarus is near the cities/built up areas. They take up a lot of CPU. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
