Need Help Please! Cant run OA

First of all, I am not good with computers, so if you guys were to help me, please explain it as simply as possible.

Well, i bought the combined operations pack from steam so that I could play dayZ with some of my friends, ARMA2 works fine, but whenever i try to launch operation arrowhead it gives me an error that says:

No entry 'bin\config.bin/CfgInGameUI/MPTable.shadow'.

when i click ok, it gives me another error:

Error compiling pixel shadernPSSpeculerAlpha:0

I dont know what to do, ive tried to go to the properties of OA on steam and verifying the integrity of the game cache, it says that there is a missing file and that it will be restored, but when i do it again it still says that is a missing file. I dont know if that is the problem though. Im sorry if there is already a thread about this, i couldnt find one.
