BinPBO error with config.cpp

Recommended Posts

Hey there, me again.

I have another question. My Map is fine now and I want to take a first look on how it looks ingame.

I did everything as described in Bushlurkers tutorial. In the config cpp he said, that he'll use takistan within. So i did too, cause I have some desert parts on my map.

Bin Pbo packed everything fine. so I had the @xxx\addon\xxx.pbo and I am able to enable it ingame. As soon as i try to go to the editor with "ctrl"+e it says :"No entry in ro\config.bin/cfgworlds"

so I decided to take a loog again. I was thinking about deleting the "class takistan" and now it looks like this:

class CfgWorlds

{

class CAWorld;

class xxx: CAWorld

{

cutscenes[] = {"xxx_Intro1"};

[...]

Now, as i try to pbo it, it won't work. what can I do now? =( I don't know how to edit the config so it works :'(

Ok I solved it my way. But I'm thinking about giving it up...

everytime I'm step closer to loading it I get stuck. and now I'm stuck on a problem for 2 days.

I get this EVERYTIME. When I look into my data\layers folder this rvmat is there! it is in this folder! but it's not packed into my pbo...

I'm gettin crazy bout this

I just solved it my way. I can't remember how exactly I've done it. I just know I deleted my ArmaWork Folder. (I saved my own stuff somewhere else for sure) then I installed it anew and made a complete new terrain, but with my old pictures. I coded my own terrain new (the rvmat files) and saved it again in my P:\ownmap folder. then it worked :)
