Will applying the Beta 1.03 patch invalidate my game in progress save files?

I'm halfway through a Strategy game on v1.02 or thereabouts.

If I apply the current Beta 1.03 patch will I lose my game in progress?

No it shouldn't. I have been unable to launch the game since applying the beta patch, same as the first edition of the 1.02 patch, so if you had trouble with that patch, I would wait. Also, keep a hold of your 1.02 patch installer, if worst comes to worst you can patch back to 1.02.
