Q. Is there more than one type of ending to Carrier Command ?

The reason I ask is that it appears I have completed the story version and the result is that ultimately I have lost against the enemy. But never actually destroyed the manta in the final battle. If you do manage to destroy the manta do you get a different ending, Or is it simply scripted to get away safe.

Thanks for any response given. Just a simple yes/no answer to the question will do, as too not give any unnecessary information out.

Answer - yes, there are two endings. It exist an extra thread about that (in section "Official Missions" of course).

same here I can't find any information on the second ending,

but assume you have to destroy the manta.
