ARMA 2 OA not lunching

Umm hi i recently bought ARMA 2 Combined operations ARMA 2 lunches but no mission are displayed in the folders both multiplayer and single and on ARMA 2 Operation arrowhead the game doesnt lunch and gives me two errors plz help me i installed both games 2 times i bought them from steam thnx {Smile}
