gamerbase 1 Posted September 29, 2012 Just started on the strategy campaign and I visited a 'green island' that is neutral. The command centre is destroyed, so how do I capture the island? Am I missing something? In the campaign, you were given a capsule that could rebuild the command centre, but its not in your inventory or in the production cycle.
