Where is surround sound ?

Hello, i got the game today, and first thing i noticed it was that there wasnt any 5.1 sound. I heard like one or two sound come from behind, but everything come in front speaker, even when someone behind my character are talking, it come from front. Any solution to it please ?

I use a creative titanium card with 5.1 speaker working very well in all game, sound is for me one of the most important thing in a video game.

Except it, it seems to be a good game.

5.1 was broken on my earlier Beta's with my Realtek chip. Downloading new drivers, then going through the hassle of uninstalling the old ones, rebooting, uninstalling the default drivers, rebooting, downloading the new drivers, deleting the discovered devices, rebooting, running the driver install, rebooting, then trying the game again - it all worked fine!

But my EAX driver is fine already, it work very well with all other game, i dont think it would be a driver problem, maybe there is some setting to change in config file, i dunno.. But thanks for answer,

Its ALWAYS a good idea to update your drivers when you get a brand new game. Saying "but it worked with another game" is an idiots excuse. Developers always work to the bleeding edge of the chips capabilities, and you never know what new feature has been implemented that the game takes advantage of.

No problem, i'll try reinstall driver maybe, but i doubt it do something. If someone have other solution.. :p
