CrimsonGhost06 1 Posted September 28, 2012 (edited) Hello. I have searched multiple forums for help with this issue all to no avail. My issue, as stated in the topic is this. When I launch Arma 2 to play either Arma 2 or Dayz everything launches normally. However, if I have to close the program for whatever reason, and relaunch the game, it will always freeze just after all the check boxes fill up and the screen goes black. It not only freezes the game, but my entire computer. The only solution is a hard reboot. So, I have tried multiple full re-installs, and I always patch to the latest version of all software and drivers. I am really at my wits end with this as it is very frustrating if I want to go back and forth from armory to dayz etc. My Dayz clan uses the armory and the shooting range MP mission extensively for training. Not to mention the possible hardware damage with hard reboots. Any help or guidance anyone can suggest would be most welcome. Thank you. EDIT- This is the only thing in the event viewer at the time of the freeze/crash. CrimsonGhost06 1 Posted September 29, 2012 I see, that makes sense. Guess I should have seen that one somewhere else. Will look at that and post when I get home. Thank you.
