ARMA 2 OA stuck on copying files

I've done some googling and forum searching but haven't been able to find any insight on this issue. The installation process goes smooth until the end. It appears complete but obviously isn't because the Next > button is greyed out still. It says it's copying files with the source of C:\Users\name\Desktop\ArmA 2 -Operation Arrowhead\Uninstall_OA.csv to the destinatio of C:\Program files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\UnInstall_OA.csv

I've been giving it time to let it do its thing but it's been going on for over an hour now which seems a bit too long. Thanks in advance.

Update: Tried the install again and got the same results, is there a manual solution?

I would be interested why the source is the desktop and not the optical drive at first.
