_qor 11 Posted September 12, 2012 Is there a way to make a unit not to shoot enemy units? So far I used enableAttack, but this only forbids the group leader to tell units to attack. They will still shoot the enemy. DisableAI isnt capable as well, didnt it?
cuel 25 Posted September 12, 2012 this setCaptive true; Will make no one shoot at him, and he won't shoot at anything either. I think you can use disableAI to make him not shoot anything, but units will still shoot him. (untested) this disableAI "TARGET"; this disableAI "AUTOTARGET"; Or remove all of his ammo. Rydygier 1322 Posted September 12, 2012 Perhaps worth to try also: setCombatMode
_qor 11 Posted September 12, 2012 Yeah, nice. setCombatMode works so far =)
kylania 568 Posted September 12, 2012 To make a unit not attack I usually just apply two or three 5.56 to the cranial area of the unit. :)
2nd ranger 282 Posted September 12, 2012 this setCaptive true; Will make no one shoot at him, and he won't shoot at anything either. That's incorrect; a captive unit will still engage enemy units, but nobody will engage him. Not even if he is killing multiple members of his own side.
