It looks like fog but its not good (bug or error?)

amd thunderbird 1.3ghz

256 mb

geforce 3 with the latest nvidia detenator drivers

soundblaster live player 1024 with the latest drivers

but somehow when i play flashpoint suddenly it looks like i am standing in a very very very thick fog better said my screen gets gray the only detail i can see is when i point the weapon to the sky i can see i am holding the weapon but its al gray like the rest of the screen anybody has the same problem ? anybody knows how to solve this?

its getting on my nerves because i cant even get to play like 5 minutes in a mission (if i exit the menu is all gray too but the words can be read)

if this has been asked before ; well i am sorry but i probably missed it somehow

Are you using the Nvidia drivers just out? Not sure but I hear they smell of poo, try going back to the previous release maybe?

i was trying the latest because the problem was with the older version too but updating didnt work

but if its that terrible i ll go back one version

Are you overclocking your video card? Are you running in a 16-bit mode? Is there a way that you can post a link to a screenshot?
