Arma 2 OA "Bad Serial Given at Setup"

I'm not a fucking retard. I've read all over the internet looking for a fix. Yes, I have run as administrator. Yes, I have restarted my computer. Yes, I have re-installed. Yes, I have verified cache. None of these solutions have worked for me. Whenever I run the game through steam with the launch options set as "-mod=C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\ArmA 2;EXPANSION;ca" it launches for a second and then closes saying Bad Serial number given at setup. If I run it through the actual ArmA2OA.exe (AS ADMINISTRATOR) I STILL GET THE ERROR MESSAGE. Then I try to do the beta patch to see if this will fix it, and it says Wrong CD Key. I know other people are having this problem and Im sure there is a solution. (I have also run DayZ out of 6Launcher. Same problem) This is only Arma2OA. Arma2 works just fine. I HAVE SEARCHED THE FORUMS AND HAVE FOUND NO SOLUTION.

You did not, else you would have found this sticky thread. Actually by just looking around for 30 seconds you would have seen it.
