Under Video Options _ What should Video Memory be set at?

I own a GTX 590 3GB card - I 'm wondering what others have the "video memory" set at within the video options. Is "Very high" Or "Default" a better option for me?

You should stay at "default", i use default and don't have any issue with Arma2.
