I have server hardware with Phenom II X6 T1100 but when i am runing server with or without param -cpucount server use only 1 core on full load and other 5 like 1-3% load. WHY!?!?!?!?!? With 30+ players on server i have huge lags how i can fix it or its bug???? I try use server hardware i5 core and have same problem... 1 core full load other 3 cores 1-5% load.... Windows should auto-identify both -cpucount and -exthreads, but it won't hurt to nail those down permanently if it's a dedicated server.
