Reading the part of the body being hit

As topic the topic says, I am trying to find a way to read if your head is hit, legs, chest or arms.

Right now I found a way to read if your hands is hit but thats it.

So if there is any handler or scriptwise to read it, please tell me ^^ Would save my day a lot.
