Bad Lag Problems

Im playing on the FREE version of Arma 2 before I buy the FULL version.

When I try to play I get a lot of LAG.

I was hoping someone could help me find a solution?

I can play with every setting on its lowest but then it looks horrible.

My PC Specs:

Acer Aspire M4300 Desktop

AMD Athlon ll X3 425 2.70Ghz

3GB DDR3

ATI Radeon HD 4250 1.4GB
