Help needed :(

Ok guys I was wandering if I should post this is the sticky, but it's too long:)

I have searched eBay high and low for a pc under £500 but they all have bulldozer prosessors and people tell me there crap for arma! So many pc I looked at and people tell me it's a bad one :(

So how do I solve this? Well, I must build one! I no completely how to build a pc but I do not understand pci stuff and stuff like that as I'm Only 15 :( also I do not know the best parts for arma2! I head that phennom CPU are good. Anyway I need someone to help me design a pc that will run arma 2 well :) please :) I have a budget of £500 :) thanks guys,
