A problem with cfgweapons

How can I change the rate of fire of a weapon?

I have been checked the BIKI weapon setting : community.bistudio.com/wiki/Weapons_settings

But i still can't get the meaning of rate of fire , I dont know how to edit it

Have someone can teach me or this not gonna happen ??

The rate of fire is controlled by the reloadTime config parameter. This is contrasted to magazineReloadTime, which is the amount of time it takes to reload the magazine.

reloadTime=1.0 Float ModeClass Time delay between each individual shot.

As the name suggests, reloadTime a measure of time of seconds per shot, the inverse of shots per second.
