raptor 6 actual 13 Posted March 4, 2012 I apologize for creating yet another thread if one already exists other than this one here http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?86779-HELP-Placing-reference-images-in-Oxygen2&highlight=reference+image But, I'm needing help to import a few reference images into Oxygen so as to start modelling some floors. The link above said nothing about how the gentleman got it set up, and I couldn't find anything pertaining to it in the BISwiki under the Tools section for O2. I have a rectangle set up, but do I just assign the image to it's face? Or is that in the totally wrong direction? Thanks,
[aps]gnat 28 Posted March 5, 2012 Maybe http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?95629-How-to-add-a-picture-to-background-of-O2 Reference visible in Buldozer By also leaving the mapped texture visible in O2 (not unmapping straight away) and not using the mouse to zoom-in-out, you can use the same picture as a reference visible in O2
raptor 6 actual 13 Posted March 9, 2012 I'm not good with the smiley emoticons, so I'll just have to type to you that I'm bowing down to your greatness Gnat. Seriously though, thanks for the help. I found out that I had to put my reference image in TGA format, should've been a no brainer, but I'm still learning. I have a few questions about ship modelling if you don't mind answering them in a PM in the near future.
