folgore_airborne 1 Posted December 29, 2011 I am not sure if this happened also with previous versions, but I have noticed that the clock indicator is completely useless. I am currently playing 1.60 and the two latest betas. I am forced to look at the map for enemy contacts (which I hate because I consider it cheating) not to turn around 360° to try and find them. Direction is always messed up by 2-3 "hours", I mean when my team mates report something at 12 o' clock it will be in a range from 9,30 to 2,30 o'clock. The "hour" is not even given according to the direction I am looking at, and this makes direction reports from team mates pointless, leaving me with no other choice to use the map not to lose too much valuable time. old_painless 183 Posted December 29, 2011 Sorry, but this is an ancient bug - the uselessness of the clock system in Arma2. If the contacts are displayed on the map after being spotted, perhaps do not consider it cheating as in real life you would get better intel from your team mates.
