How to set up ArmA 2 CO Lite using ArmA 2 Free and OA

While browsing armaholic i noticed a story that you can combined ArmA 2 Free with OA. The guide given with the post was confusing, anyone know how to do this or can any one explain it in a more simple manner. (I have no clue what this mod line stuff does and where it goes.)
