ToH support tickets not working.

Recommended Posts

I have tried to submit a support ticket in multiple browsers, but can not get any of them to send. Below is the text I have tried to send in an effort to secure a refund for ToH.

Good Day,

I am applying for a full refund of my purchase of Take On: Helicopters. I pre-purchaed the game on sprocket because it was advertised as having an "authentic flight model". As the current build does not include a flight model which bares even the slightest resemblance to authentic I am asking for a complete refund.

I have made every effort to participate in the forums in an effort to resolve this issue and have offered quite a few insights into helicopter flight dynamics based on my experience as a commercial and military helicopter pilot.

Your timely response is appreciated.

Does anyone have any idea where I should go from here?

Chris

You might be better emailing their support. You can find the email address here

The CIT is not intended for purchase related matters, best contact the shop you bought the game from instead, or email support as Jedra suggests, but I think for most matters they will refer you to the shop you bought it from.

In any case, since you did not describe any details about the CIT problem like error messages or what exactly isn't working - what have you tried - what are the responses etc, it's impossible to assist.

An explanation on CIT is available at http://dev-heaven.net/projects/cis/wiki/CIT

Reporting issues with CIT basically involves the same as reporting issues with the game on CIT: http://dev-heaven.net/projects/cis/wiki/CIT#How-to-report-a-bug

Just for clarification, I was trying to contact the BI support via the bistudio.com link. There doesn't seem to be a customer service link, so I figured support was my best bet.

you really should change the thread title to "ToH support tickets not working (for me)."

countless persons have successfully created tickets, myself included. it's operator error, and as Sickboy said, improper use of this tool anyway.

You are clearly misinformed about how BIS products are supported. Patches are in the near future, I suggest waiting before making a final judgement.

Thread title changed. I find it hard to believe it's operator error though. I tried two different browsers and it's not exactly difficult to click submit.

Sorry. The final product came out on release day. Should subsequent updates improve the product I will consider repurchasing at that time. I consider the money I spent payment for a product, not an investment in one.

it's a bit naive to think a product released in todays pc gaming industry wont require post-release support...

Thanks for your opinion. The Federal Law of Merchantability however, has a different "take on" such issues.

Your issue is with SprocketIDEA, not Community Issue Tracker. Contact them here.

Closing.
