Helicopter, Medical - Anything special?

Here is something that puzzles me... The medevac helo costs almost a million bucks on the career mode. That's almost more than the civil version. Anyone knows why? Does it have any additional in-game functionality such as removing the timer in MEDEVAC missions?

How about the luxury version? Does it do anything special?

I bought it but you still only get the same missions you already had.

But you can use it for sling loads that are lighter loads. The view from the cockpit is a little better than the heavy.

I haven't tried yet to do a coast guard search yet.

Also it looks cool. I've got mine in the Coast Guard colors because we only seem to rescue boaters in trouble.

It's something different to fly.

I'd like to make my own missions but I can't figure out how to add them to the career mode of play.

I was thinking that perhaps they were required for some kind of mission but it doesn't really seem like it. Maybe it has uprated engines, but the medium heli already has enough power to turn its transmission into a cork screw.
