Could it be done?

Recommended Posts

Just played a mission in the CSLA campaign which had me chased by snipers and special ops across the map. Not the first time I have been hunted but this time led me thinking how?

And the obvious answer and suggestion for a useful addon?

Dogs!

Dogs have been largely overlooked in games ( Only Hitman and H+D spring to mind right now ) but have a long history of valuable service in many civil and military forces. So isn't it perhaps time that OFP had dogs and handler units?

Or am I just nuts?

Im not sure it will be that realistic. It is not possible to make new character animations, such as dogs walking. You would only be able to make a still object of a dog, but the dog's legs will not move.

But yes, it is quite a clever idea.

OFP's got those already but they're locked in those houses with the blurry doors and windows. tounge.gif

With the graphics clipping all the time, I'm sure they feel like they're living in glass houses.

So everytime they move they bump into a invisible (glass) wall?

If they go upstairs to the 2nd floor and do that, they can fall outside and escape.

would you classify that as dangerous?

Well, i wont because no black-op is gonna be scared of a half-static object that looks like a dog. smile.gif

Unless he's standing in the garden right below the 2nd floor window. biggrin.gif
