Hmm... I don't think these release will need to go public anyway :)

What I need is the standard FN of BIS with a x4 Scope (if i were a modeler I would go for a triplext, but the standard BIS ACOG model would do just fine) and a FN with a M203.

I don't know about mods and editing them, but this means it's locked or something?

Yes, editing/changing/opening the BIS models is indeed not allowed.

There are some MLOD's released for Arma, those you can use as a base. Other than that it is a big no to request help to rework the BIS models.

Additionally, I would like to inform you when you want other peoples work changed (non BIS work) do not start a topic for that neither. First you contact the author and ask for his permission to use/change his models (if not allowed by the included EULA/readme). Do not make a topic asking others to help while such permission has not been obtained.
