keltho01 10 Posted October 16, 2011 Hello, I bought TOH at Simmarket. Download of th Preorder Beta was at max DSL 6000, very fine. The Installation was OK, but when i start TOH i get only two messages: The first was that the paul.dll is not for Windows or broken... The next is a secu rom message wrong Disk inserted ???!?!?!??!? In my Installation folder are 8 files at 0 KB, is this OK ? My System is Core Quad Q6600, 8 MB Ram, GF 9800 GTX Can someone Help please. keltho01 10 Posted October 16, 2011 Hi ]ntruder, thank you for the fast reply ! I reinstalled the game allready 3 times, but the uninstall dont work. bobocz 10 Posted October 16, 2011 (edited) Paull.dll is probably part of SecuROM activation and if it is broken you probably can't activate game, but I don't know what is exactly your problem. Maybe try download some other paull.dll file, search it in google. SecuROM PA (Product Activation): The following file should exist in the installed directory or in the root of the original CD: PAUL.DLL How big is your downloaded files? 7,8GB is right size. from windows 7,43 GB (7986033889 bytes) And installed game have about 9,3GB. from windows 8,90 GB (9564149125 bytes) Added: Try install game as administrator. Do you have downloaded all these files? bobocz 10 Posted October 16, 2011 Got all files, there was also a file called TKOH_Pre-Order_Beta.md5 md5 is used to check data integrity, probably installation check it before installing the game.
