Hidden Selections via Weapon Type?

I'm wondering if there are any folks that might be able to help me in the scripting department. For a unit pack I am working on I would like to have a unit with numerous vest loadouts, labeled for hidden selections and have those hidden selections called based on the weapon the user picks up.

The command bar icons for units change when a unit picks up specific weapons, so I'm wondering if there is a way to tie into this system? Preferably, there would be loadouts for a rifleman, grenadier and machinegunner.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Yeah mate this should be fairly easy to do using a looping script checking for primaryWeapon and a publicVariable eventhandler.

The biggest problem would be keeping the number of polys in your infantry models at a reasonable level. Shoot me a PM or SKYPE/MSN and I'll try to help you get it set-up.
