Easy way to set an OPFOR unit friendly to BLUFOR?

I'm tired of using boring ACU American infantry in my zombie games and I'd like to incorporate some Russians, MVD, and Takistanis as playable units, but since they're OPFOR, they just fight my BLUFOR playable units. Is there a script to set a single unit to BLUFOR instead of OPFOR or Independent?

Group them to a BLUFOR with BLUFORs probability of presence set to 0

BLUFOR units not in their group fire on them...

Make sure you Group OPFOR to BLUFOR, set BLUFOR unit to a Higher rank and probability of presence set to 0 on that unit.

Or you could have the BLUFOR present since he is a zombie anyways.
