Installing the 2.5 Suite

Couple questions;

1st: Whats the best way to install the new 2.5 suite given you already have an extensive orginal install ?

Uninstall the old versions first?

Rename the existing P drive source folder beforehand to presever it?

Do you need the ArmA2AO exe afterwards?

I'd hate to do a lot of rework or lose stuff .....

2nd: I've forgot how to get the textured preview mode inside O2. How do you get that?

I did simply overwrite the old stuff and unchecked p drive.

If you need the OA objects with P drive, simply rename your current folder the p drive is linked to.

General note: You should NEVER EVER have content in app folders.

People put their pbos, p3d, pew, configs, personal private keys etc inside tools folders.

To me stuff = my creative stuff (P drive)

Yeh, tool folders stay just for tools.
