Last week it was $4000, now it is free, a much nicer price ;-) It is not a modeller or animator, just a renderer. But you could use free packages such as Blender and Wings3D to create the content for it. http://www.studiogpu.com/ It requires a DirectX 11 graphics card and a suitable OS.
