Excluding factions from SecOps

Is there a way I can exclude Russian, Chedaki, US Marines and NAPA from spawning in the SecOps missions? I only want OA forces spawning, ie: Takistani Army/Militia, US Army, and Guerillas.

No. The SOM spawns Russian, Chedaki and the US Army (support).
