AI Rooftop Insertion

Hi evryone,

At the moment im trying to let an Littlebird used by an AI landing on a rooftop

i dont have any clue how that works.

Anyone has some ideas?

First you will need a bottle of vodka, Then you will need a big hammer...

Ok just kidding, but seriously your in for a whole lot of frustration. AI + Pilot does not equal precision flying lol.

My best guess would be to try using an invisible H-pad on top of the roof.

Do a search for heli insertion and you will see a lot of examples of hot lz AI heli insertions. I would take one of those and adapt it to work for you.

Roof landing and landing on a boat is now possible after one of the patches, however you will still have the problem of the unloaded units falling straight off the buildings.

i tried that thing witht he invisible helipad, now he finally landed on the rooftop but OF THE WRONG HOUSE. Actually the position which he chose is way better than mine lol.

Or try Mando Heli Route. It does a pretty damn good job with precise flying.
