unless it is the sprocket download version, this sort of message has nothing to do with BIS, but rather the publisher, or the store where you got it from

Exactly, pretty sure it's not the Sprocket version based on that opening post so you need to get in contact with who you bought it from (check your spam folder in case a sneaky email got lost in there).
