First aid module in multiplayer

Currently I have a group of 4 playable units and ONE injury and one first aid module synchronized with all the 4 units.

As a player I can heal an A.I. team member who is rolling in agony on the floor, but I can't heal a human team member.

When you want a player to be able to heal another PLAYER that is rolling in agony on the floor, do you need an extra first aid module for every unit?

You only have the first aid: action -module? It' might need the simulation as well.

I've always put all three (action, battlefield clearance and simulation) and synced them to all group members, that way it works at least.

I have all the three modules concerning healing and agony and I have synchronized them all the way the picture displays (every module with every unit).
