[Resolved] Invalid CD KEY

Hi,

after a break i re-installed my arma2 OA and patched it to 1.57.

everytime i try to join a MP server i get disconnected "Invalid CD KEY" "Falscher CD KEY"

i bought the DVD Version in a local game store and i never shared the key.

any idea ?

resolved problem

It may not help you, but if you have ArmA II be sure you didn't use the arma 2 cdkey for arrowhead and vice versa.

those links worked before WTF gives now.

Well theres plenty of posts with invalid key, or the like around, you'll find them in a search. I tried.,

and this isn't the first time this has happened with my links, seems like multiple links are broke, whereas single links are not.

the funny part is that iam able to host a server with or without mods like ace and friends can join it without any issues.

i reinstalled my whole system, played with my mates for about 2 days ACE without any problems!

i then connected 10 min ago on our server only to get kicked for the same reason.

First of all, please calm down. I had this problem once when I was testing my server once I updated it to 1.59, I was running ACE and a few more addons I believe. Try to disable any addons, then connect. If not, it might be a server problem.

Check if you're running the exact same version, with no betas. I forgot how I fixed it, I'll try to remember though.

i was playing 1.57.

After updating to 1.59 the problem seems to be fixed atm. wow i can play again^^
