junior 0 Posted May 15, 2002 when i downloaded patch 1.3 (and i tried it several times), the landscape dissapears behind a certain line (this line is allmost in the middle of my screen). upbove the line, I only can see the sky,underneed the line I see everything normal. you cant play OFP with this problem!!! please help me,: i tried several times to patch it again but it doesn't work. Everything is normal when the game isn't patched, but now i can't play with my squad on the net because i'm not patched or because of the awful view (i have a pentium II ,233mhrz,savage 4 card,96RAM, and had never problems before) i hope somebody can help me Junior Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
theavonlady 2 Posted May 15, 2002 Sounds like a graphics problem. Your system specs are at the bottom rung of the minimum requirements totem pole. In fact, your CPU is below it. Are you running DirectX 8.1? Are you using the Savage 4's latest drivers? If you patcg up to 1.46 from 1.30, is the problem still there? Mister Frag 0 Posted May 16, 2002 V1.30 was a version where the developers optimized the drawing code for better performance, but this caused some anomalities with clipping of the horizon.
