DetCord 96 Posted December 20, 2010 This is just utterly mind boggling, gents. I just completed a full system restore, downloaded A2, installed it, and then attempted to patch it (1.08). Now I'm getting that error saying "arma 2 is not installed on your computer". I understand it's a registry issue, however, I not going to dig around in there and add anything, nor should I have to as the end user. To add insult to injury, BIS has still yet to update their product on their own Store to the current version. This is bad business by them all around, and two issues that could easily be fixed are ignored. BIS, update your friggin' product.
W0lle 1052 Posted December 20, 2010 §22) Use descriptive thread titlesIf you start a new thread, please make sure your thread title explains what you want without forcing people to read through your post first. Thread titles such as "How in the world do I...", "Need help!" or "Will we ever see..." are anything but descriptive. We do not allow these kind of titles and threads with such titles are subject to be closed. Thanks for your rant though. The issue has been discussed (and probably solved) several times in the past.
