Transfering units to another faction

How do I make say a m2 Machine Gun from the USMC be assigned to the CDF while using a CDF army unit instead of a marine?

And both the Afrenian and Molatian armies don't have crewmen, how would I transfer say crewmen models from the 1970's random african units to these armies and be able to use them in tanks of these nations?

Well, all that stuff is decided config level, so what you would do is read up on mod folders and replacement configs, and then you would design a simple config to modify the unit attributes.
