How to create proper pump action anim?

Hey Guys,

I had idea to create somehow a proper pump action /mean with left hand moving too/ ,but how?

I have seen similiar thing in Invasion 1944 mod or by waterhiro >

Can someone tell me how to create moving anim with hand too?

I think there are two distinct animations happening here. First animate the weapon, then animate the skeleton to match. How you do the latter, I don't know.
