KaptenRödskägg 10 Posted November 28, 2010 Hello! Me and my friend wants to play arma together in a near future. I own Arma 2 and Arrowhead but he only owns arrowhead. We want to play the original arma 2 maps as well but he can't afford it right now. Is it possible to install my Arma 2 on his computer in order to play the game together since the game asks for the Arrowhead disc? Don't get mad, we'll only be doing this one time. hund 0 Posted November 29, 2010 Nope, your friend will need his own copy of A2 if you plan on using content based off that game. No way around that. If you check the sprocket site or steam, I am pretty sure you will find some tasty discount offers these days. Last I looked it was like 50% off on all arma titles (excluding DLC). Why would you have to rehost?, just hit esc and restart. I'm trying to gather what your actually trying to do here, is your real question about how to continue playing the game after you got killed? and again the mission you are playing and hosting did you build it, or is it a downloaded mission?
