Need help getting a head/or glasses model ingame.

I edited a head model in O2, how do i get it ingame from there on though?

I tried googling it but im really confused.

Help would be really appreciated, thanks!

my guess is, setting it up as a proxy. i did it with some tactical glasses that i included in an addon i created awhile ago which, incidentally was never released. or i'd tell you to rip it apart and take a look at the config.. :/
