How to bring up Config.Viewer?

I am a noob at the map editing. So can someone please help with this. I downloaded the patch 1.54. And the tutorial missions 1 and 2 but I am not sure if I extracted it to the right place or not. I just need help I have been looking for answers the last 3 days. And can not find one thing. Thanks!

Download this file. Unzip the folders in there into your My Documents/ArmA 2 Other Profiles/YourNickname/missions folder. *

Then open ArmA2 OA, choose Singleplayer then Editor. Change the Map to Desert and select the test_configviewer mission and Load. Then click Preview and enjoy.

* If your nickname is the same as your Windows login, save the folders to My Documents/ArmA 2/missions instead.

So what I did was I downloaded that file. I dragged it off of WinRaR into my documents/Arma 2/Missions Folder. I am in single player on editor on the desert map and I went to missions and it is not in there. It just says new mission. This sucks, what am I doing wrong!! Thank you for helping me by the way :)

Thanks, added to my "Thing I have to find a use for when I get the time" list.

I'm thinking this might be handy with that configmerge command, which is also on that list, or was that mergeconfig.
