"hands up" animation

Sorry guys for the simple question but I need to know this and didn't find anything helpful when searching, so, what is the name for the hands up animation?

I have looked through the BI wiki, and couldn't find one that didn't end up with the person dying.

Please try not to use links as it is a fairly simple question. ;)
